It's located in an ideal area for families and couples who want to explore the city without needing a car during their stay.
It has an elevator, iron, internet access (WIFI), central heating and air conditioning, and TV.

We enjoyed a great stay in this brand new apartment. The location + pool on the roof created a perfect mix of a citytrip and relax holiday. Definately will recommend this to everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet and brand new appartment.The appartment as well as its private patio/terrace are large and well-equipped.The shared rooftop terrace with the pool is great! In addition, communication with the host went smoothly and we appreciated his kindness and responsiveness.I highly recommend!
Lovely apartment
lovely apartment immaculate and clean. rooftop pool is a highlight when it's hot. Good location and I can't say enough about Homingbook. communication was brilliant and they were very helpful especially with airport transfers.

I would reccomend this appartment if you are visiting Malaga. The appartment was clean and modern, with a wonderful swimmingpool area on the rooftop. We were four friends on this holiday, and the appartment was a nice base to explore the city, with the beach, shopping and the old town close by. Communication with the property manager was easy. I would absolutely rent this again if i return to Malaga.

Fantastiskt fin lägenhet i Malaga. Rent och snyggt och allt fungerade perfekt med värden. Vi checkade in väldigt sent men det var inga problem. Egen pool på takterassen, det saknades dock solsängar men det skulle ordnas. Lägenheten ligger ara någon minuters promenad till järnvägsstationen/busstationen. Fina stränder 15 minuters promenad bort.Gamla Stan ligger också nära. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende. Enda nackdelen var att vi var tvungna att checka ut redan 10:00, lite tidigt tyckt vi.

A spotlessly clean apartment and extremely comfortable.The air conditioning was very effective and the apartment was lovely. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which was also well maintained.It is about a 5 min walk to the old town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.
Good stay
Location within walking distance from both city beaches, harbour and the old city. 2 min til grocery/bakery and safe neighbourhood. All facilities else in order - excellent rooftop with pool/dining area. Common use, but private nontheless. Very good stay in Malaga, and apartment can be recommended to others.
