'Las Ranas CASASOLA BEACH VILLA' is a superior beachfront villa located in one of the best residential and tourist areas in southern Spain, next to the Real Club de Golf de Guadalmina (Marbella/Estepona, Malaga).
The property is located in the private residential development of Casasola, in Guadalmina Baja. The area offers direct access to the beach, a golf club, and prestigious restaurants. Its proximity to Puerto Banús and Marbella is ideal, yet still offers the convenience of an exclusive area. Málaga International Airport (AGP) is 45 minutes away.
The villa is divided into 3 areas: house, garden and paddle tennis court.
The property sits on approximately 2,000 m2 of land, encompassing the entrance, the pool area, and a paddle tennis court, perfect for playing sports day or night (equipped with dedicated lighting). The house is surrounded by gardens abundant with tropical plants such as jasmine, heliotrope, and honeysuckle.
The pool is 15m long, with an outdoor jacuzzi. In addition, it has an outdoor lounge and chill-out area in the garden, an outdoor dining area as well as a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors.
We have the following layout:
* GROUND FLOOR: 4 bedrooms (all exterior to the garden) with 4 full bathrooms, guest toilet, living room, dining room, breakfast area, kitchen, paddle tennis court and access to garden/terrace/pool.
* UPPER FLOOR: 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, 2 private closets, access to a terrace with solarium and views of the garden, pool, beach and golf course.
In total, there are 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms (4 of them with bathtub and shower, and 3 with shower only), plus a guest toilet at the entrance.
The house has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, as well as indoor parking for up to 3 cars. The house has underfloor heating.
The villa's caretakers reside on the property and will attend to each reservation and any requests from guests during their stay.
Through the agency, airport/taxi transfer services, customer service or catering are offered to clients who wish to use them.
