'THE GARDEN HOUSE Malaga City' is an apartment located in an independent villa, located in the most exclusive residential area of the city, with easy access to the beach and very close to the city centre. Available for up to 4 guests, this is an apartment with a beautiful private garden and pool, with barbecue. These areas are not shared and are completely private for guests.
The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower. It has high-speed WiFi, smart TV. Sheets and bath towels are always provided.
Its location is simply perfect, close to the sea and the city, but in a quiet location for rest. Nearby, it is easy to walk to a bus and taxi stop, very good restaurants, supermarkets, and other points of interest.
Standard check-in and check-out times are as follows:
* CHECK-IN:
- Free: from 2 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Late 1: from 8 pm to 10 pm (€20)
- Late 2: from 10 pm to 12 pm (€30)
- Late 3: after 12 pm (€40)
* Extra penalty for failure to comply with the check-in agreed time: +€25
* CHECK-OUT (subject to availability):
