PARQUE CLAVERO 'Beach & City Premium House' is a first-class semi-detached house, located in the most exclusive residential area of the city, with easy access to the beach and very close to the city center. Available for up to 9 guests, it is a top-quality house with hot/cold air conditioning by zones, community pool, several terraces, sea and mountain views, garden with barbecue, as well as covered and private parking for up to 2 big cars.
The house has 5 bedrooms and a capacity of up to 9 guests. There are 4 complete bathrooms and a toilet. It has high-speed WiFi, smart TV and security alarm. Sheets and bath towels are always provided.
Its location is simply perfect, by the sea and close to the city, but in a quiet location for relaxation. Nearby there are good restaurants, supermarkets, and other points of interest.
Standard check-in and check-out times are as follows:
* CHECK-IN:
- Free: from 4 pm to 8 pm.
- Late 1: from 8 pm to 10 pm (€25)
- Late 2: from 10 pm to 12 pm (€40)
- Late 3: after 12 pm (€60)
* Extra penalty for failure to comply with the check-in agreed time: +€50
* CHECK-OUT (subject to availability):
- Free: until 10:00
- Late 1: from 10 am to 12 am (€45)
- Late 2: from 12 am to 2 pm (€60)
- Late 3: from 2 pm to 4 pm (€85)
