There are multiple supermarkets and shops in its surroundings, as well as shopping centres. It is located in an ideal area for families and couples who want to explore the city, without the need for a car during their stay.

It has a lift, iron, internet access (WiFi), heating and centralised air conditioning, TV, as well as additional roof ventilation.

- THE ENTRY OF PERSONS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING OR EXCEEDING THE ACCOMMODATION'S CAPACITY IS PROHIBITED.

- THE CELEBRATION OF PARTIES OR PRIVATE EVENTS IN THE ACCOMMODATION IS PROHIBITED.

- ANY BREACH OF THE COMMUNITY RULES WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE BOOKING AND LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT AND UNUSED NIGHTS.
